Outdoor Track & Field: Competed in the long jump at the IC4A Championship (05/13/23)… Finished seventh in the long jump at the CAA Championships (05/05/23)… Was part of the 4x200 relay team, which ran a 1:31.56 at the Colonial Relays (04/01/23), the ninth-fastest in W&M history... Received William & Mary Provost Award for Academic Excellence.
 
2021-22 Season 
Indoor Track & Field: Placed first in the long jump at the Navy Select (02/18/22) with a mark of 6.53m… Earned CAA Commissioner’s Academic Honor Roll distinction… Received William & Mary Provost Award for Academic Excellence.

Finished seventh at the Virginia state championships in the long jump in 2020 ... Qualified for the New Balance Nationals in both 2018 and 2019 ... Helped Grassfield take seventh in the Emerging Elite 4x200m relay at the 2019 indoor nationals ... Also a talented football player, earning all-region honors at four different positions in 2019 ... Honored as a wide receiver, defensive back, punt returner, and all-purpose player ... Named the Superintendent's Scholar Athlete of the Year in 2018-19 ...
