2024-25 Season
Earned CAA Commissioner’s Academic Honor Roll distinction during the fall semester.
Indoor Track & Field: A member of the 4x400m relay team that broke the school record at the East Coast Invitational (2/7-8/25) before breaking it again at the CAA Championships (2/26-27/25), posting a time of 3:12.40 … Placed seventh in the 400m at the CAA Championships (2/26-27/25) in a career-best time of 48.34, the sixth-fastest mark in school history … Won the 400m at the Darius Dixon Memorial Invitational (2/14-15/25) … At the Brant Tolsma Invitational (1/23-25/25), became the school’s tenth-fastest all-time performer in the 200m, crossing the line in 22.64.
Outdoor Track & Field: A member of the 4x400m relay team that broke the school record at the Penn Relays (4/24-26/25) before breaking it again at the CAA Championships (5/14-15/25), posting a time of 3:09.63 … Set a personal best in the 200m at the Fred Hardy Invitational (3/21/25), posting a mark of 22.38 … Won the 400m hurdles at the same meet … Won the 400m hurdles at the Dan Stimson Memorial Invitational (3/29/25) … Placed eighth in the 400m hurdles at the CAA Championships (5/14-15/25) with a finals time of 55.37.

2023-24 Season 
Indoor Track & Field: Apart of runner-up 4x400m relay team at Navy Indoor Invitational (12/2)…Was apart of bronze medal distance medley relay team at CAA Championships (2/22)…Posted personal best at Doc Hale VT Meet in the 200m, crossing the line in 23.01 (2/2)…Posted personal best of 1:05.63 in the 500m at the Darius Dixon Memorial (2/9).
Outdoor Track & Field: Apart of first place 4x400m relay team (3:15.35) at the Colonial Relays, and took bronze in the 400m hurdles with a time of 53.97 (4/4-6)…Finished runner-up in the 400m hurdles with a time of 55.03 at the Dan Stimson Memorial…Runner-up in the 400m hurdles (54.74) at the Fredy Hardy Invitational (3/22)…Took first in the 400m at the CNU Silver and Blue Challenge with a time of 49.61 (3/30).

Prep
A three-time All-State selection … Set four individual and three relay school records … Named team MVP in back-to-back seasons … Twice named honorable mention all-metro … Earned nine varsity letter at Tuscarora, including four years a football and three years of swimming … Served as the president of National Honor Society … Was the SCA treasurer.

Son of Kurt and Jennifer Seekford … Father, Kurt, played football at East Carolina from 1989-92 … sister, Annie Louise, played volleyball at W&M from 2018-21 and graduated from the university in 2022 … sister, Lydia, was a cheerleader at Virginia from 2020-23 … Enjoys table tennis, Spikeball, and watching sports.
