Indoor: ECAC qualifier in the shot put ... Earned her qualifying mark after putting the shot a lifetime-best 14.02m (46-0) to win the event at the CNU last chance meet in early March ... Previous best in the season was two weeks earlier at VMI, a mark of 13.35m (43-9.75) ... Threw the weight for the first time ... Took second at the CNU meet with a throw of 13.30m (43-7.75).
Outdoor: Season cancelled due to the coronavirus pandemic.

2018-19
Indoor: Competed in the shot put five times ... Best showing of the season came at CNU in early February ... Put the shot 12.65m (41-6) to win the event.
Outdoor: Finished third at the USAT&F U20 National Championships in the discus ... Threw a school-record 50.89m (166-11) to finish third at the Junior Nationals ... NCAA Qualifier as a freshman ... Finished 38th at the Eastern Semifinals ... Broke W&M's school record in consecutive meets late in the season ... At the Penn Relays, threw 48.22m (158-2) to win the college division discus, and break the decade-old school mark ... The following week, threw 50.48m (165-7) to finish second at the CAA Championships and earn All-CAA honors ... Also took second at the ECAC Championships ... Runner-up in the discus at the Colonial Relays ... Won the unseeded shot put at the Colonial Relays as well, breaking 43 feet for the first time ... Put the shot a lifetime-best 13.40m (43-11.75) at George Mason the following week.

Prep All-American with a fifth-place finish in the discus at New Balance Nationals … Won the Virginia state championship in the discus as a senior ... Two-time all-state performer ... Also earned five all-region certificates and six all-conference awards ... Won the Grassfield Academic Excellence Award every season in high school ... Member of the National Honor Society ...
