Cross Country: Did not appear in any meets.
Indoor Track & Field: Placed 13th in the mile at the Navy Indoor Invitational (12/7/24) in 5:30.32.
Outdoor Track & Field: A member of the distance medley relay team that placed second at the Colonial Relays (4/3-5/25) in 12:17.73 … Finished third in the 800m at the Hill City Twilight (5/2/25) in 2:20.81.

2023-24 Season
Named to the CAA Commissioner’s Academic Honor Roll during the fall.
Cross Country: Did not compete.
Indoor Track & Field: Finished eighth in the 1000m (3:10.19) at the Navy Indoor Invitational (12/2/23).
Outdoor Track & Field: Did not compete.

2022-23 Season
Earned CAA Commissioner’s Academic Honor Roll distinction
Cross Country: Notched a top-15 finish at the Christopher Newport Regional Preview (9/16/22)… Recorded a top-45 showing at the Charlotte Opener (9/2/22). 
Indoor Track & Field: Placed fifth in the 800m at the CAA Indoor Championships (2/23/23) with a time of 2:15.05, which moved her into No. 15 on the Tribe’s all-time performers list.

Prep
Won the 2021 state championship in the 4x800m relay … Earned all-state honors on eight occasions … Earned letters in track, cross country and soccer at Woodson … Placed 13th in the mile (4:53) and 15th in the 800m (2:11) at the 2022 New Balance Nationals … Posted prep career-bests of 2:11.02 in 800m at the 2022 New Balance Nationals Outdoor at UPenn; 4:51.10 in 1,600m at the 2022 Occoquan Region Championships; and 10:51 in 3,200m at the Patriot District Championship … An all-district, varsity letter winner and top group in the Chorus at Woodson … Received several awards on Model UN.

Daughter of Brian and Sarah Jones … Mother, Sarah, graduated from W&M in 1989 … Enjoys playing piano, crochet, and anything musical.
