2024-25 Season
Earned CAA Commissioner’s Academic Honor Roll distinction during the fall semester.
Indoor Track & Field: Turned in the second-best heptathlon performance in school history at the Liberty Kickoff (12/5-6/24), putting up a score of 5,140 points, the 15th-best mark in the Southeast Region … Posted the third-best heptathlon performance in school history at the CAA Championships (2/26-27/25), placing second and putting up a score of 5,120 points.
Outdoor Track & Field: Won the decathlon at the CAA Championships (5/14-15/25) with a career-best score of 7,076 points, an event record, the fourth-best mark in school history, and the 12th-best mark in the Southeast Region … Ran a leg on the 4x200m relay team that placed seventh at the Colonial Relays (4/3-5/25) in 1:31.02, the 10th-fastest time in program history … At the same meet, set a personal best in the long jump with a mark of 7.15m (23' 5.5") … Won the javelin throw and the pole vault at the Dan Stimson Memorial Invitational (3/29/25) … Set a personal best in the 110m hurdles at the Duke Twilight (5/4/25), crossing the line in 14.86.

2023-24 Season 
A W&M Provost Award winner … Selected to the CAA Commissioner’s Academic Honor Roll with High Honors during the fall.
Indoor Track & Field: Earned a gold medal and All-CAA honors in the heptathlon at the CAA Championships with 5,173 points, setting the program record (2/22-23)…Runner-up in the long jump with a mark of 7.02m (12/2)...Third in the heptathlon in the Brent Tolsma Invitational with 4,802 points, the fifth best performance in W&M history.
Outdoor Track & Field: Finished third in the decathlon at the CAA Championships, earning All-CAA honors, with 6,631 points, the eighth most in program history (5/10-11)…Took first in the pole vault at the Dan Stimson Invitational, clearing 4.25m, and took second in the long jump at 6.85m (3/16)…Took first in the 110m hurdles at the Colonial Relays with a time of 15.27 (4/5).
 
Prep
Won the pentathlon at the New Balance Nationals with a meet record in 2023 … Finished first at the 2023 Glenn D Loucks Games in the pentathlon with a meet record and prep career-best score of 3403 … Named all-country during his junior and senior seasons …  Won the New Jersey Group 3 State Championship in the long jump with a prep career-best leap of 45’1.5” … Posted a prep career-best of 6’4” in the high jump at the New Jersey Group 3 State Championship and 22’6.5” in the triple jump at the state sectional championships … Ran a prep career-best 110m hurdles time of 15.26 at the Morris County Championships … Played three years of varsity basketball at Mendham … Named Honorable Mention NJAC All-Conference in 2023 … A member of the Stock Club and National Honor Society.
