Earned CAA Commissioner’s Academic Honor Roll distinction during the fall semester … A W&M Provost  Award winner.
Cross Country: Finished sixth on the team at both the CAA Championships (11/1/24) and the NCAA Southeast Regional Championship (11/15/24) … Recorded top-50 finishes at the Pirate Cross Country Invitational (22nd in 22:42.2) and the Panorama Farms Invitational (47th in 22:03.7).
Indoor Track & Field: Finished 16th in the mile at the CAA Championships (2/26-27/25) in 5:06.07 … Placed fourth in the mile at the Navy Select (2/21/25) in 5:05.69 … A member of the distance medley relay team that placed third at the Darius Dixon Memorial Invitational (2/14-15/25) in 12:16.79.
Outdoor Track & Field: Claimed second place in the 1,500m at the Dan Stimson Memorial Invitational (3/29/25) in 4:46.50 … Posted a career-best time of 17:11.07 in the 5,000m at the Duke Invitational (4/10-12/25) … Placed eighth in the 5,000m at the CAA Championships (5/14-15/25) in 17:39.78.
