Outdoor: Just missed all-conference honors, finishing fourth in the 3,000m steeplechase at the CAA Championships ... Ran a lifetime-best 9:45.35 at the Stimson Memorial Meet ... Timed a personal-best 15:31.17 in the 5,000m at the Colonial Relays ... Opened the year with a runner-up 6:21.64 in the 2,000m steeplechase at the W&M Invitational ... Took third in the Virginia state championships indoors at 3,200m, and eighth outdoors ... Twice named all-state as a junior ...
