Cross Country: Was W&M's top runner through the regular season ... Led the Tribe at each of the team's first four meets ... Indoor: Qualified for the IC4A Championships at 5,000m, running a season-best 14:31.84 to take 12th overall ... Ran 8:26.80 in the 3,000m for sixth at Virginia Tech in January.

Cross Country: CAA Rookie of the Year ... Bronze-medalist at the CAA Championships ... Was the Tribe's third finisher at the Southeast Regional in 44th place ... Second on the team at each of his first three in-uniform races (including conferences) ... 34th overall at the Panorama Farms Invitational, and 138th at Pre-Nationals ... Opened the year with an unattached 36th-place showing at the Spider Alumni Open.
Indoor: Named All-East, after placing eighth in the 5,000m at the IC4A Championships ... Ran 14:22.06, the second-best performance ever for a Tribe freshman in the event ... Won the 3,000m at GMU in 8:38.28 ... Also ran the 5,000m at CNU in December and at the Armory in February.
Outdoor: Repeated on the All-East team ... Placed seventh in the IC4A 10,000m, running 30:42.84 ... All-CAA in the 10,000m as well, placing third at the conference championships ... Also finished fourth in the 5,000m at the CAA meet ... Ran 30:40.35 at Mt. SAC in his first 10,000m, the fifth-best time ever for a Tribe rookie ... Earned prep All-American honors indoors in 2013, finishing fourth in the 5,000m ... Won the North Carolina private schools' state cross country title in 2011 and 2012 ...
