Indoor: Named All-East after anchoring W&M's 4x400m relay to a fifth-place finish at the IC4A Championships ... Ran a school-record 3:13.24 in the finals ... Opened the year with a lifetime-best 1:05.80 in the 500m at Navy in December ... Improved that to 1:05.78 back at Navy in February, winning the event the second time around ... Ran an indoor-best 50.61 in the 400m at CNU in early February.
Outdoor: CAA Champion for the second time after running on the Tribe's 4x400m relay ... Individually, finished sixth in the 400m at the CAA Championships ... Season-best 48.68 came at UVA in late April ... Qualified for the IC4A Championships, where he finished 13th overall.

2017-18
Indoor: Did not compete.
Outdoor: Redshirted.

2016-17
Indoor: Redshirted.
Outdoor: CAA Champion, running second on the 4x400m relay ... Was W&M's first-ever relay win at the CAA Championships ... Broke the freshman record in the 400m dash, running 48.39 for fourth place at the CAA Championships ... Also ran the 200m at CAAs, taking 10th ... Qualified for the IC4A Championships 400m ... Best time of the year in the 200m came at the Colonial Relays, where he ran 22.49 ... Also anchored the 4x400m in both prelims and finals at the Penn Relays, and at the Colonial Relays.

Took 15th in the 400m at New Balance Nationals outdoors in 2016 ... Came after finishing third at the Virginia 6A state championships ... Runner-up in the regional ... Finished sixth in the regional 200m as well ... IB Diplomat ... Member of the Salsa Club (dancing, not dip).
