Indoor: Improved his lifetime-best in the 60m hurdles twice during the season ... Ran 8.66 in the prelims at George Mason in late January ... Improved that to 8.62 at Navy in late February ... Won the high jump at the CNU last chance meet with a season-best height of 1.97m (6-5.5) ... CAA Commissioner's Academic Honor Roll for having a GPA over 3.0 in the fall semester.
Outdoor: Season cancelled due to the coronavirus pandemic ... W&M Provost's Award for having a GPA over 3.5.

2018-19
Indoor: Opened the year nearly tying his lifetime-best in the high jump ... Cleared 2.00m (6-6.75) to take second at Navy in December ... Finished third in both the high jump and the 60m hurdles at the second Navy meet in early February ... Ran a season-best 8.83 in the 60m hurdles at the JDL Invitational to finish the season.
Outdoor: Earned All-CAA honors after taking third in the high jump with a season-best jump of 1.92m (6-3.5) ... Also at the conference meet, finished seventh in the 110m hurdles with a season-best time of 16.02 seconds ... W&M Provost's Award for having a GPA over 3.5 ... CAA Academic Honor Roll for having a GPA over 3.0.

All-State in the high jump each of the last two years ... Added all-state honors in the 110m hurdles outdoors as a senior ... Also earned all-state honors in the 4x100m relay each of his last two years and in the 4x400m relay as a senior ... Helped Loudoun County take second in the 4x100m relay at the 4A state championships his senior year ... All-conference in the high jump all four years of high school, and in the 110m hurdles the last three years ... All-region in the high jump for three years and in the 110m hurdles for two years ... National Merit Scholarship Finalist.
