Indoor: Ran a lifetime-best 54.12 in the 400m at Liberty ... Also ran a personal-best 1:25.53 in the 600m to open the year at CNU in December.
Outdoor: Earned All-CAA honors as part of the third-place 4x400m relay ... Finished 11th in the open 800m at the CAA Championships, running 2:00.41 ... Ran 52.43 in the 400m at the Tribe Invitational ... Ran on both the SMR and the 4x800m relay at the Colonial Relays ... CAA Commissioner's Award for having a GPA over 3.2.

2013-14
Indoor: Redshirted.
Outdoor: Earned two All-CAA nods on the Tribe's relays at the CAA Championships ... Ran the third leg of both the 4x100m and the 4x400m relays, both of which placed third ... Won his first in-uniform race, taking the 400m at the Tribe Invitational ... Ran a season-best 52.52 in the 400m at the Colonial Relays ... Also competed in the 800m at hte CAA Championships, placing ninth ... Ran 1:59.74 in the prelims.

Prep
Led his team to two undefeated regular seasons in outdoor track and a victory at the state championships in indoor track ... Holds five high school records, including a 4x4 time that was originally set by the assistant principal in the ‘90s ... Was a three time all-state athlete in the 4x4 and 4x8 ... Participated in the 2013 New England Championships running the first leg of the 4x4 ... Belonged to the Model United Nations Club and the National Honor Society.
