Cross Country: Redshirted ... Ran three times unattached ... Won the CNU Invitational ... Also ran at the Tribe Open and the W&M Invitational.
Indoor: Best performance of the season was a 1:55.16 at Liberty in early February ... Opened his career with a 50.68 400m at VMI in January ... Anchored the 4x800m at the IC4A Championships in both prelims and finals, taking ninth overall ... Ran on the qualifying DMR at VMI in January ... Also ran on the team's fastest 4x400m of the year at Liberty.
Outdoor: Runner-up at the CAA Championships at 800m, part of a Tribe sweep of the top four spots ... Had the best time of the year for W&M, running 1:50.31 at Duke ... That was one of four sub-1:51 performances on the year ... All-East in the 800m at the IC4A Championships, finishing seventh overall ... Won the 800m at the Colonial Relays, the first win for W&M in the event since 2003 ... Also won the 800m at the Stimson Memorial Quad Meet ... Earned All-CAA honors after anchoring the 4x400m relay to a runner-up performance ... Also named All-East as the anchor on the eighth-place 4x400m at the IC4A Championships ... Anchored the 4x1,500m relay to victory at the Colonial Relays ... Also ran on the 4x400m at both Duke and the Stimson Memorial Quad Meet.
