Cross Country: Turned in the Tribe's best performance at the Southeast Regional once again, finishing 51st overall ... Runner-up at the CAA Championships for his second all-conference award ... Finished 11th overall at the Panorama Farms Invitational and 13th at Penn State.
Indoor: Anchored the DMR to All-East honors in the IC4A Championships final ... Won each of his first three miles of the season, including a season-fast 4:06.82 that was the top time in the prelims of the IC4A Championships ...
