Cross Country: Earned All-CAA honors, finishing 10th overall at the CAA Championships ... Ranked fifth on the team for the season, scoring 11 points in four races ... Part of the scoring five in each of his last three races ... Opened the year with a 114th place overall showing at UVA, eighth on the team ... Improved to 42nd overall and fifth on the team at Penn State ... Also fifth for W&M at the conference meet ... Third on the team and 61st overall at the Southeast Regional ... Indoor: Earned All-East honors in the mile at the IC4A Championships, finishing sixth overall ... Ran a lifetime-best in the mile each of the five times he competed ... At the IC4A meet, ran 4:10.33 in the prelims, an improvement of more than four seconds over his qualifying time ... Lowered that even further to 4:09.10 in the finals.
