Indoor: Opened the year with a third-place showing in the 800m run, timing 2:01.1 ... Ranked second among all D-I athletes for eight team points.

Indoor: Provost's Award-winner ... Qualified for the IC4A Championships in the 800m run ... Time a lifetime-best 1:54.28 at the Virginia Tech Challenge ... Also ran 51.79 in the 400m at Navy to open the year, and 1:05.39 in the 500m at the Armory ... Ran the 400m leg of the Tribe's best DMR of the season.
Outdoor: Did not compete due to injury.
2011-12
Indoor: Ran 51.43 for 400m at Navy ... Improved his best at 500m down to 1:07.43 at Virginia Tech.
Outdoor: Limited to just two meets ... Ran the 400m at the Colonial Relays and at George Mason ... Timed 52.03 in the latter meet.
2010-11
Indoor: Competed just once due to injury .. Ran 1:08.06 for 500m at Georgetown in mid-January.
Outdoor: Redshirted.
Prep: Captained Bishop O'Connell both indoors and outdoors in 2009-10 ... Won two titles outdoors at the Virginia State Catholic Schools Championships ... Took gold in the 400m dash, before coming back to anchor O'Connell's 4x400m relay to a meet-record time ... Also won the 400m at the all-schools Arlington County Championships ... Qualified for the 2010 AAU National Championships ... Also played two seasons of baseball ... Online editor-in-chief and spors editor for the school newspaper ... Interned for Delegate Comstock in the Virginia State House ... Member of the National Honor Society.
