2019-20
Indoor: Improved his indoor-bests in both the long jump and the triple jump twice each ... In December, improved his best in the triple jump to 13.55m (44-5.5) ... Upped that to 13.71m (44-11.75) at George Mason in late January ... Also jumped 6.56m (21-6.25) in the long jump at George Mason ... Improved his long jump to 6.57m (21-6.75) at CNU in early March ... Won the triple jump at CNU as well.
Outdoor: Season cancelled due to the coronavirus pandemic.

2018-19
Indoor: Competed at two meets ... In his first competition of the season, jumped an indoor-best 13.38m (43-10.75) in the triple jump at Navy ... Placed fifth in that event ... Also finished sixth in long jump at that meet with a season-best 6.32m (20-9).
Outdoor: Scored in both horizontal jumps at the CAA Championships ... Took sixth in the long jump with a lifetime-best leap of 6.64m (21-9.5) ... Finished fifth in the triple jump after clearing 45 feet (12.72m/45-0.25) for the first time in college ... Also competed in the high jump, placing seventh ... Tied his lifetime-best in the high jump at the Colonial Relays, clearing the bar at 1.82m (5-11.5) ... Won the triple jump at the W&M Triangular to begin the year ... Also placed third in the long jump at that meet.

2017-18
Indoor: Walked on to the team ... Competed in three meets ... Jumped a season-best 13.16m (43-2.25) at the season-opening JDL Kickoff ... Hit his best in the long jump of 6.38m (20-11.25) at Liberty in late January.
Outdoor: Runner-up in the triple jump at the CAA Championships, jumping a collegiate-best 13.28m (43-7) ... That was the best finish for a W&M athlete since 2003 ... Also finished fifth in the high jump, clearing 1.82m (5-11.5) in his first-ever attempt ... Sixth in the long jump, with a lifetime-best 6.61m (21-8.25) ... Won the long jump at the season-opening Tribe Invitational ... Finished second in the long jump to both GMU and Navy at the Stimson Quad Meet, and third to Buffalo.

2016-17
Indoor: Did not compete.
Outdoor: Did not compete.

Prep
Graduated as the school record-holder in the triple jump at Tuscarora ... Named all-state in 2015 ... Member of the National Honor Society ... Also a member of the French Honor Society, and the National Society of High School Scholars.

Son of George and Shelley Watts-Cross ... Is the fifth man in his family to be named George ... Enjoys playing basketball and video games.
