Cross Country: W&M's leading scorer on the year, finishing first on the team in each of his five races ... Earned All-CAA honors, taking second at the conference championships ... That would have been in the conversation both to make the NCAA Finals in 2019, and to score at the national championships ... Ran a lifetime-best 14:11.72 in the 5,000m at the Colonial Relays ... CAA Academic Honor Roll for having a GPA over 3.0.
2017-18
Cross Country: CAA Athlete of the Year ... CAA Champion, winning the conference title in 25:01.94 ... Finished 58th overall at the Southeast Regional ... Led W&M at both Panorama Farms and at Penn State, finishing ninth and 12th, respectively ... Opened the year with a win at the Spider Alumni Open.
Indoor: Named All-East at the IC4A Championships after finishing seventh in the 5,000m run ... Turned in a lifetime-best 14:28.13 for the award ... Won the 5,000m at Liberty in his only other appearance.
Outdoor: CAA Track Athlete of the Year ... First man since 2013-14 to win Athlete of the Year in both cross country and track ... Fourth straight Athlete of the Year winner for W&M ... Cross Country: Took 15th overall at the CAA Championships, just missing all-conference honors ... Finished 61st overall at the Southeast Regional ... Also ran on the varsity squad at the Panorama Farms Invitational and at Penn State ... Opened the year with a fifth-place showing unattached at the Spider Alumni Open.
Indoor: Ran the 3,000m and the 5,000m once each, at Navy and Marshall, respectively.
Outdoor: CAA Champion in the 10,000m ... Qualified for the IC4A Championships, where he just missed All-East honors after taking 10th in 30:56.68 ... Also finished fourth at the CAA Championships in the 5,000m ... Anchored the "B" 4x1,500m at the Colonial Relays.
