Indoor: Ran in a number of different events ... Timed 1:07.67 in the 500m at GMU ... First attempt at the 60m dash was a 7.68 at CNU in February ... Also ran the 400m in that meet.
Outdoor: Ran a lifetime-best 56.11 in the 400m hurdles at the CAA Championships, placing seventh ... Earned all-conference honors by leading the Tribe's third-place 4x400m relay ... Also ran the 200m at the CAA Championships, placing 11th ... Runner-up in the 400m hurdles at the Tribe Invitational.

2012-13
Indoor: Earned top-10 finishes in the 600m at CNU in December, and in the 400m at CNU in last January ... Ran a season-best 1:26.69 in the 600m at Virginia Tech ... Went 53.76 seconds in the 400m.
Outdoor: Established himself as the top 400m hurdler on the team, and one of the best in the conference ... Tripped at the CAA Championship finals, but still recovered to finish seventh ... Ran a season-best 56.31 at the Colonial Relays ... Led-off the Tribe's top relays in both the 4x100m and 4x400m ... Helped the 4x100m finish a best-ever second at the conference meet ... Also earned all-conference honors as part of the Tribe's third-place 4x400m relay.
