Indoor: Runner-up in the mile at Virginia Tech, timing a personal-best 4:07.69 ... Ran a massive lifetime-best in the 3,000m at Navy, timing 8:20.66 for second place ... Time qualified him for the IC4A Championships.
Outdoor: All-CAA for the first time after finishing second in the 1,500m run ... Crossed the line in 3:51.46 for the silver medal ... Ran only three times outdoors, but improved every time out in the 1,500m ... Timed a career-best 3:48.83 at the UVA Challenge.

Indoor: Qualified for the IC4A Championships in the mile ... Ran 4:08.89 in the prelims for 12th place.
Outdoor: Ran only three times ... Timed 14:23.32 for 5,000m at the Colonial Relays ... Crossed the line in 3:50.64 for 1,500m at North Carolina.

Cross Country: Redshirted.
Indoor: Ran the anchor leg of the Tribe's DMR at the IC4A preliminaries ... Qualified for the finals, but did not run on the second-place team in that round ... Took third in the mile at Navy, timing 4:17.78.
Outdoor: Ran 31:35.40 in his debut at 10,000m at the Penn Relays ... Opened the year in the Colonial Relays 5,000m ... Ran 3:59.52 in the 1,500m at CNU in May.

Prep: Four-time all-state honoree, including cross country, indoor, and outdoor track as a senior ... Silver medalist at the state championships in the 3,200m with a time of 9:00.61 ... Won the scholar-athlete award in 2008-09 ... Honor roll student all four years.

Personal: Son of William and Martha Muller ... Enjoys playing ultimate Frisbee, tennis, and golf.
