Cross Country: Finished seventh for W&M at two of his five meets ... Took 11th overall at the home meet ... Finished 82nd overall at the Penn State National Open ... Ran on the CAA Championships squad, finishing 15th overall ... Also ran at the Spider Alumni Open and at the Panorama Farms Invitational ... Named to the CAA Commissioner's Academic Honor Roll in the fall, for having a GPA over 3.0.
Indoor: Ran individually three times ... Began his year in late January at George Mason, running the 3,000m in 9:00.85 ... Sixth in the 1,000m at VMI on Valentine's Day, 2:30.76 ... Also took sixth in the mile the following week at Navy, 4:17.97 ... Led-off the DMR in the IC4A prelims, qualifying the Tribe for the finals.
Outdoor: Season cancelled due to coronavirus pandemic ... W&M Provost's Award winner for having a GPA over 3.5.
2018-19
Cross Country: Ran three times, including at the CAA Championships where he finished 28th overall ... Fifth overall and third on the team to help W&M to the win at the CNU Invitational ... Opened the year taking 20th overall, and seventh on the team, at the Richmond Spider Open.
Indoor: Did not compete.
Outdoor: Took fifth at the CAA Championships in the 3,000m steeplechase, scoring two points for the team ... Best time of the year was 9:57.05 at the Colonial Relays ... Ran the flat 3,000m in 8:57.61 at the Stimson Memorial Meet ... Opened the season with a 4:07.16 for 1,500m at the W&M Triangular ... CAA Academic Honor Roll for having a GPA over 3.0 ... W&M Provost's Award for having a GPA over 3.5.
2017-18
Cross Country: Redshirted ... Ran unattached three times with a best finish of sixth at the Tribe Open ... Also took 24th at the Spider Alumni Open and 30th at the W&M Invitational.
Indoor: Redshirted.
Outdoor: Fourth in the 3,000m steeplechase at the CAA Championships ... Ran a season-fast 9:52.53 at the conference meet ... Earned the W&M Provosts Award, for having a GPA over 3.5.
