Outdoor Track & Field: Posted a PR in the 400m hurdles at the Meet of Champions (04/15/23)… Cracked the W&M all-time performers list in the 100m hurdles at the Dan Stimson Memorial Meet (03/25/23).
Indoor Track & Field: Won bronze at the CAA Indoor Track & Field Championships (02/22/23) as part of the distance medley relay team that ran a 10:13.78… Posted PR of 8.70 in the 60m hurdles at the Darius Dixon Memorial Invitational (02/10/23).
