Cross Country: Bronze-medalist at the CAA Championships as part of a Tribe sweep of the top three places ... Ran a career-best 70th at the Southeast Regional ... Also ran at the Spider Alumni Open, UVA, and Penn State.
Indoor: Anchored the DMR in the prelims at the IC4A Championships to earn a spot in the finals ... Qualified individually for the 3,000m, where he ran a PB 8:19.59 ... Also ran lead-off on the qualifying DMR at the VMI Keydet Invitational.
Outdoor: NCAA Qualifier for the first time, racing the 1,500m at the Eastern First Round ... Took 18th overall in 3:49.37, an improvement of 28 places over his pre-meet seeding, but did not advance to the quarterfinals ... Ran a lifetime-best 3:45.56 at George Mason to qualify ... Won the 1,500m at the Stimson Memorial Quad Meet, beating out opponents from navy, GMU, and Buffalo ... Runner-up in the 1,500m at the CAA Championships ... Also took fourth in the 800m at the conference meet ... All-East after finishing third in the 1,500m at the IC4A Championships ... Third in the 1,500m at the Colonial Relays ... 2014-15
Cross Country: Redshirted ... Ran unattached three times ... Took fifth at the CNU Invitational ... Ran 16th at the home meet ... Was 23rd at Richmond.
Indoor: All-East after leading-off the Tribe's seventh-place 4x800m relay ... Ran a lifetime-best 4:17.91 in the mile at Virginia Tech ... Ran the 800m leg on the DMR at CNU in late January ... Ran 2:36.22 in the 1,000m at that same meet ... Opened the year with an 8:56.75 in the 3,000m at CNU.
Outdoor: All-CAA in the 1,500m run, finishing second overall in a personal-best 3:51.22 ... Also made the finals in the 800m, finishing eighth in 1:55.25 ... Led-off the Tribe's 4x1500m relay at Colonial Relays ... Led-off the 4x800m relay at the IC4A Championships ... Opened the year with an 8:36.06 3,000m at the Tribe Invitational ... CAA Commissioner's Award winner for having a GPA over 3.2.

Runner-up at the Virginia 3A cross country championships his senior year ... Picked as the Boys Cross Country Runner of the Year by both the Daily Press and the Peninsula Sports Club ...
