Cross Country: Finished 18th at the CAA Championships ... Was the second W&M runner at the Tribe Open, taking ninth overall ... Sixth for the team at the W&M Invitational ... Fifth for W&M at Richmond to begin the season.
Indoor: Ran a collegiate-best 8:40.12 in the 3,000m at the Armory ... Runner-up in the mile at CNU in January ... Led off the top DMR at both Navy and at Virginia Tech.
Outdoor: Scored a team point with his sixth-place finish in the 5,000m at the CAA Championships ... Was his first attempt at the event ... Just missed scoring in the 1,500m, finishing seventh in a then-best 3:58.47 ... Lowered his best mark to 3:58.31 the following week at UVA ... Ran the second leg of the 4x1,500m at the Colonial Relays.

Cross Country: Redshirted ... Competed unattached three times.
Indoor: Most consistent event was the mile, which he ran three times ... Improved every time out ... Finished the year running 4:20.11 at Virginia Tech ... Ran 8:44.62 for third place at the Vince Brown Invitational in his only attempt at 3,000m.
Outdoor: Competed just once individually ... Ran the 1,500m at Richmond.
Prep: Runner-up at the Pennsylvania state independent schools championship in cross country, finishing behind only a teammate at Germantown Friends School ... Team was ranked first in the state, second in the Northeast region, and 21st nationally in 2011 ... Won the league title ... Led-off the fourth-place 4xMile relay at the 2010 Nike Indoor Nationals to earn All-American status.
