Cross Country: Helped lead the Tribe "B" squad to victories at the W&M Invitational and the CNU Invite ... Finished 12th on his home course, fifth on the team ... At CNU was 13th overall, fourth-best for the Tribe ... In his two appearances with the varsity line-up, was third on the team and 15th overall at the season-opening Spider Alumni Open ... Finished 10th for the Green and Gold at UVA.

Cross Country: Only ran twice ... Third on the team and 10th overall at the Tribe Open ... Finished 28th overall at the CAA Championships.
Indoor: Had four top-five finishes in his seven individual races ... Best was a runner-up showing at 1,000m at CNU in January ... Ran on the Tribe's top DMR in all three relay meets, running the 800m leg twice and the mile once ... Also led-off the 4x800m at Navy to open the year.
Outdoor: Earned his first all-conference award as part of the Tribe's third-place 4x400m relay ... In his individual events, finished 10th in the 800m and 11th in the 1,500m ... Timed a career-best 3:54.69 for 1,500m at the Colonial Relays ... Anchored the 4x800m at Colonial Relays.

2011-12
Cross Country: Ran three times for the Tribe ... Finished 10th at the Spider Open ... Finished 13th overall at the W&M Invitational ... Took 18th at the Tribe Open.
Indoor: Won the mile in his season-debut at the CNU Holiday Open ... Qualified for the IC4A Championships in the 1000m ... Took 10th in the prelims at the IC4A meet with a career-best 2:28.14.
Outdoor: Won his opening race again, the 1500m at the Tribe Invitational ... Part of the victorious 4x1500m relay at the Colonial Relays ... Finished 10th in the prelims of the 800m at the CAA Championships.

2010-11
Cross Country: Redshirted.
Indoor: Ran four times ... Turned in a season-best time of 2:01.76 for 800m at the Vince Brown Invitational.
Outdoor: Did not compete.

Prep: Won two state titles indoors in Virginia's AA classification ... Won the 1,000m and ran anchor on the gold medal 4x800m relay in 2010 ... Helped lead Grafton to the outdoor AA state title ... Named all-state five times, indoors in 2008, 2009, and 2010, as well as outdoors in 2009 and 2010 ... Nine-times all-region, including twice in cross country, three times indoors, and four times outdoors ... Eight times named all-district ... Named to the highest honor roll.
