Indoor: Earned All-East honors in the shot put, taking fourth overall at the IC4A Championships ... Improved his lifetime-best seven times in eight meets, culminating with a put of 17.29m (56-8.75) at the IC4A Championships ... Also improved his weight throw best five times in six meets ... Best showing of the year was 16.46m (54-0) at the CNU last chance meet, winning the event there ... CAA Commissioner's Academic Honor Roll for having a GPA over 3.0 in the fall semester.
Outdoor: Season cancelled due to the coronavirus pandemic.
2018-19
Indoor: Qualified for the IC4A Championships in the shot put ... Finished 13th overall after tying his lifetime-best with a put of 15.89m (52-1.75) ... Set lifetime-bests in both the shot put and the weight throw at CNU in early February ... Put the shot 15.89m (52-1.75) for the win ... Placed seventh in the weight throw at 14.44m (47-4.5).
Outdoor: Earned All-East honors in the discus for the second year in a row ... Finished fourth at the IC4A Championships ... Named all-conference in the shot put after finishing second at the CAA Championships ... Set his lifetime-best at 16.80m (55-1.5) to earn the silver medal ... Also placed fourth in both the discus and the hammer throw at the conference meet ... Threw the hammer a lifetime-best 47.36m (155-4) ... Set his best in the discus at Duke in mid-April, finishing second with a throw of 50.66m (166-2) ... Took third in the shot put and fourth in the discus at the Colonial Relays.
2017-18
Indoor: Competed eight times across five meets ... Best mark in the shot put was 15.07m (49-5.5) at Liberty in January ... Finished the year on a high note, throwing the weight a personal-best 14.42m (47-3.75) at the UCS Invitational.
Outdoor: All-East in the discus, finishing seventh at the IC4A Championships ... Third in the discus at the CAA Championships for All-CAA honors ... Also scored in the shot put at the conference meet, taking sixth ... Seventh in the hammer at CAAs ... Best throw of the year in the discus came at George Mason, 48.95m (160-7) ... Put the shot 15.15m (49-8.5) at Duke ... Won the university division shot put at the Colonial Relays.
