Outdoor: Earned All-East honors in the 400m hurdles, finishing third overall ... Ran a lifetime-best 52.70 at Duke ... Fourth in the 400m hurdles at the CAA Championships ... Set a PB of 21.79 in the 200m dash at the Colonial Relays, finishing 11th overall ... Took third in the 400m hurdles with a then-best 53.03 ... Runner-up in the 400m hurdles at the Raleigh Relays ... Ran a lifetime-best 49.33 in the 400m dash at the Stimson Memorial Quad Meet to defeat GMU and Buffalo ... Opened the spring with a win in the 400m hurdles at the Tribe Invitational ... All-CAA in both the 4x100m and the 4x400m, finishing third and second, respectively ... Ran on the 4x100m at the Stimson Memorial Quad Meet that qualified for IC4As in 42.44, the fastest time for W&M since 1990 ... Indoor: Led off the Tribe's 4x400m, including two school-record performances at IC4As to earn All-East honors ... Ran best times during the year of 22.73 in the 200m at Navy and 8.82 in the 60m hurdles at CNU ... Also ran the DMR to an IC4A qualifying time at the UCS Invitational.
Outdoor: CAA Champion, leading off the Tribe's 4x400m relay at the CAA Championships ... Was W&M's first-ever relay win at the CAA meet ... Also led-off the team in both prelims and finals at the Penn Relays and the Colonial Relays ... Individually, took third in the 400m hurdles at the CAA Championships with a best time of 53.76 ... Qualified for the IC4A Championships, where he finished 10th ... Also ran the 100m dash and the 110m hurdles at the conference meet, taking seventh in both ... Ran best times of 15.75 in the hurdles and 22.80 in the 200m dash at CNU in mid-April ... Ran 50.31 in the 400m dash at Richmond.

2015-16 (at Virginia Tech)
Indoor: Ran at three meets ... Season-bests of 23.11 in the 200m and 51.11 in the 400m came at home in February.
Outdoor: Did not compete.
