Cross Country: Did not compete.
Indoor: All-East as part of W&M's fifth-place DMR at the IC4A Championships ... Ran the 400m leg on all four teams that W&M raced throughout the year ... Broke the school record in the 600m dash after running 1:21.41 at Penn State in early February ... Held the record for a week ... Also ran a lifetime-best in the 500m dash, 1:05.47, to win the event at Navy in late February ... Opened the year with a lifetime-best 4:26.65 in the mile at Navy in December ... Also ran the 4x400m three times, including in the IC4A prelims.
Outdoor: Season cancelled due to the coronavirus pandemic.

2018-19
Cross Country: Did not compete.
Indoor: Named All-East as part of W&M's sixth-place DMR at the IC4A Championships ... Ran the 400m leg in both prelims and finals ... Ran 1:08.19 in the 500m at Navy.
Outdoor: Finished seventh in the 800m at the CAA Championships ... IC4A qualifier after running a season-best 1:54.00 at Duke ... Finished eighth in the unseeded section at the Colonial Relays ... Also ran on the fifth-place 4x400m relay at the Colonial Relays that ran 3:14.88, which was the 10th-fastest race in school history ... CAA Academic Honor Roll for having a GPA over 3.0.

Won the Massachusetts state title indoors at 1,000m ... Had the nation's top time in the 600m for a time during the 2017 season ... Ran on the third-place SMR at the New Balance Indoor Nationals to earn prep All-American honors ... Earned all-league honors all three seasons for the last three years.
