Cross Country: Ran in five races during the year ... Made the CAA Championships squad, taking 36th overall ... Ran 16th overall at the W&M Invitational ... Also ran at the Richmond Spider Alumni Open, as well as at UVA and Penn State ... CAA Commissioner's Award for having a GPA over 3.0 in the fall.
Indoor: IC4A Champion in the 800m ... Ran a lifetime-best in both the prelims and the finals, culminating with a 1:50.03 to win the title ... First winner in the event indoors for W&M since 1975 ... Broke the school record in the 600m at Penn State in early February, running 1:19.41 to break the record set the week before by two full seconds ... Named second-team all-state in middle-distance on the first-ever VaSID Indoor Track & Field All-State team ... Ran on four of the top five 4x400m relays of the season, including the season-fast 3:19.04 at VMI in mid-February ... Also ran the 800m leg on the qualifying DMR at Penn State in early February.

2018-19
Cross Country: Ran on the CAA Championships squad, finishing 25th overall and 10th on the team ... Runner-up at the CNU Invitational, helping W&M claim the team title there ... Ran on the varsity at Paul Short, finishing seventh on the team ... Opened the year 26th overall at the Richmond Spider Alumni Open.
Indoor: IC4A Champion in the 1,000m run ... Ran a personal-best 2:23.43 in the prelims, then improved to 2:22.52 in the finals ... Those are the third and fourth-fastest times in school history in the event, behind only multiple-time All-Americans Brian Hyde '96 and Paul Vandegrift '92 ... Qualified after running 2:28.48 for third place at Liberty ... Also ran the 800m three times, with a best time of 1:52.26 at Penn State ... Won the 800m at the JDL DMR Invitational, running 1:54.09 on the flat track ... Opened the year with an 8:59.53 for 3,000m at Navy in December ... Helped W&M qualify for IC4As in the 4x800m at Liberty and in the DMR at the JDL Invitational.

Indoor: Runner-up at the IC4A Championships 800m ... Ran a lifetime-best 1:50.83 in the prelims of the event ... Won the 800m at Liberty in early February ... Also ran the 1,000m once, at VMI in mid-January ... Ran on the team' three fastest 4x400m relays ... Also anchored the 4x800m to an IC4A-qualifying time at Liberty.
Outdoor: Bronze-medalist in the 800m at the CAA Championships ... Ran an outdoor-best 1:51.97 at the IC4A Championships, finishing 14th overall ... Also ran the 1,500m once, at George Mason ... Led-off the 4x400m at the Tribe Invitational.
2016-17
Cross Country: Did not compete.
Indoor: Ran the 800m twice, with a best of 1:56.06 at Marshall ... Runner-up in the 800m at Navy in 1:56.37 ... Qualified for the IC4A Championships in both the 4x400m and the DMR ... Helped the Tribe set the school-record in the prelims of the 4x400m at 3:15.47 ... All-East in the DMR, finishing seventh overall ... Had the top prelim time at 9:51.37.
Outdoor: IC4A qualifier in the 800m ... Fifth in the 800m at the CAA Championships ... Ran a lifetime-best 1:52.54 at UVA in mid-April ... Opened the year with a 4:17.34 in the mile at home.
2015-16 (at Virginia Tech)
Cross Country: Redshirted ... Ran twice unattached at home meets ... Finished 18th overall at the Hokie Open.
Indoor: Redshirted, competing just once ... Ran on the winning DMR at the Camel City Invitational in Winston-Salem.
Outdoor: Ran his season-fast in the 800m at the Colonial Relays, finishing in 1:55.67 ... Also ran on the winning DMR at the Colonial Relays for the Hokies ... Competed the 800m three more times, the 1,500m twice, and the 4x400m once.
