Cross Country: Raced just twice ... Finished sixth overall at the CNU Invitational ... Ran at the CAA Championships, finishing 21st overall ... CAA Commissioner's Award for having a GPA over 3.2.
Indoor: Led-off the Tribe's DMR to an IC4A-qualifying time at CNU ... At the IC4A Championships, again led-off the team in prelims to a season-fast time of 9:55.32 ... Ran 4:19.01 in the mile at Virginia Tech ... Took fifth in 3,000m at George Mason in 8:38.42 ... Ran 14:54.86 for sixth at Penn State.
Outdoor: Earned All-CAA honors, taking second in the 3,000m steeplechase at the conference championships ... Also finished eighth in both the 1,500m and the 5,000m ... Indoor: Ran just three times ... Runner-up in the mile at CNU in late January.

2013-14
Cross Country: Redshirted ... Ran unattached three times, with a best showing of 18th at the W&M Invitational.
Indoor: Ran the 3,000m three times ... Improved every time, down to 8:38.42 at the Mason Last Chance meet.
Outdoor: Took fourth in the steeplechase at the CAA Championships, just missing all-conference honors ... Timed 9:25.65 in the race, a season-best ... Ran 15:16.88 in the 5,000m at Princeton ... Was just .01 seconds slower at the CAA Championships for eighth place ... Also ran the steeplechase for the first time at the Colonial Relays ... Won the W&M Provost's Award for having a GPA over 3.5.
Prep
Eight-times all-state in the Delaware private school classification ... Finished ninth at the New Balance Nationals in 2013 in the 2,000m steeplechase ... Runner-up in the 1,600m at the Delaware Meet of Champions each of the last two years ...
