Indoor: Smashed his personal-bests in both the high jump and long jump ... Vertically, jumped 6-8 at the season-opening CNU Holiday Open ... Improved to 2.05m (6-8.75) at the Virginia Tech Invitational in mid-January, and matched that one week later at CNU ... In the long jump, had a monster leap of 7.23m (23-8.75) at Navy at the end of January ... The jump was two feet further than he had managed before ... Best indoor jump for a Tribe athlete since 1975, and fourth-longest ever ... Qualified for the IC4A Championships in both events ... Just missed All-East honors in the long jump, placing ninth with an effort of 6.91m.
Outdoor: Earned his third-consecutive All-CAA award after finishing second in the high jump at the conference championships ... Qualified to the IC4A Championships in his signature event ... Named CAA Athlete of the Week after the Colonial Relays ... Placed fourth in the high jump and sixth in the long jump at that event, the latter with an outdoor-best performance.

2010-11
Indoor: Did not compete.
Outdoor: Won the CAA Championships with a career-best jump of 2.04 meters ... Had previously jumped 2.04 at the season-opening Tribe Open ... Qualified for the IC4A Championships for the first time ... Also won the high jump at the Richmond Invitational ... Ran on the Tribe's 4x100m relay at the CAA Championships.

2009-10
Indoor: Opened his career in the high jump at the CNU Holiday Open, topping the bar at 1.98m (6-6) ... Also competed in the long jump, with a season-best mark of 21-8.75 (6.62m) at Liberty ... Ran 24.04 for 200m at CNU in February ... 52.13 in the 400m at Virginia Tech.
Outdoor: Named All-CAA in his first conference meet after leaping a collegiate-best 6-6.25 (1.99m) at the conference championships ... Also set a collegiate-best in the long jump at the CAA meet, finishing sixth overall at 22-8.5 (6.92m) ... Won the high jump at the season-opening Tribe Invitational.

Prep: Captained St. Chris to the VISAA state titles both indoors and outdoors as a senior ... Set the VISAA state championship record in the high jump, clearing the bar at 6-8.5 outdoors ... Also helped set the state meet record in the 4x100m relay ... State indoor champion in the high jump in 2008 ... Named the Most Valuable Field Performer at the 2009 VISAA Indoor Championships ... Most Valuable Field Performer at the LIS Indoor Championships in both 2008 and 2009 ... Also named overall MVP at the 2009 LIS indoor meet ... Totaled six all-state honors over his final two years ... Conference champ in the high jump and 4x400m relay indoors as a junior ...
