Cross Country: Named to the all-region team after finishing 10th at the Southeast Regional ... Performance also earned him USTFCCCA All-Academic honors ... Indoor: Earned All-East honors in both the 3,000m and 5,000m ... Ran 8:10.41 for fourth place in the 3,000m on the first night of the IC4A Championships ... Outdoor: Captured the CAA title in the 10,000m as part of a blanket finish by the Tribe ... Qualified for the NCAA Championships at 10,000m ... Finished 25th in the East semifinal ... Outdoor: Eighth in the 5,000m at the CAA Championships, earning the Tribe another team point ... Ran a career-best 14:37.29 at the New Balance Boston Twilight Meet on June 12 ... Also ran in the event at the Colonial Relays ... Ran the 1,500m once, timing 4:00.75 at CNU in May.

2008-09
Cross Country: Redshirted.
Indoor: Set best marks of 8:35.26 in the 3,000m at Navy and 4:20.08 in the mile at CNU, both in January.
