Indoor: Opened the year by running a personal-best 8.68 in the 60m hurdles at the CNU Holiday Open.
Outdoor:
2015-16
Indoor: All-East in the heptathlon, placing fourth with a school-record score of 4,872 points ... Set personal-bests in the 60m dash, the 1,000m run, and the shot put ... Timed 8.8 seconds in the 60m hurdles at Liberty ... Runner-up in the heptathlon at CNU in January.
Outdoor: Named All-East after placing fourth in the IC4A decathlon ... Set a lifetime-best score of 6,127 points ... Runner-up at the CAA Championships in the decathlon ... Also placed fifth in the pole vault and seventh in the triple jump, the latter with a lifetime-best jump 12.61m (41-4.5) ... Won the decathlon at CNU in mid-April ... CAA Commissioner's Award for having a GPA over 3.2 ... Graduated with his degree in economics.
2014-15
Indoor: Set W&M's school record in the heptathlon with 4,724 points at Liberty ... Improved that to 4,778 with a ninth-place finish at the IC4A Championships ... Had a lifetime-best long-jump of 6.69m (21-11.5) at Virginia Tech in January.
Outdoor: CAA Champion in the Decathlon in his first attempt at the event ... Went on the finish 11th at the IC4A Decathlon ... Won the pole vault at CNU in April at 4.50m (14-9) ... CAA Commissioner's Award for having a GPA over 3.2.
2013-14
Indoor: Broke W&M's freshman record in the 60m dash in his first-ever race ... Ran 7.32 in the prelims at CNU in December ... Lowered that further to 7.24 seconds at Virginia Tech in January ... Set season-bests in both the long jump and the pole vault at CNU in January ... In the vault, cleared the bar at 4.50m (14-9) ... In the long jump, soared a distance of 6.24m (20-5.75).
Outdoor: Earned All-CAA honors as the lead leg of the third-place 4x100m relay ... Also competed in four individual events at the conference championships ... Placed sixth in the triple jump at 12.54m (41-1.75), his first attempt at the event ... Scored two more points in the pole vault, where he was fifth with an outdoor-best height of 4.35m (14-3.25) ... Also ran the 200m and the 110m hurdles ... Leapt 5.98m (19-7.5) at CNU in April.
