Broke W&M's freshman record in the 100 free when he swam 46.20 at the Cavalier Invitational for fourth place overall ... Also finished fifth in the 100 fly and seventh in the 50 free at the year-end meet ... At the Hokie Fall Invitational, made the bonus finals the 100 fly ... Finished 24th overall in the meet ... Best finish of the year came against Mary Washington, when he took second in the 100 free.
PrepScholastic All-American ... Named a prep All-American as a senior in the 100 free, to go with two year’s worth of awards on the 200 medley and 200 free relays ... Member of the national champion 200 free relay as a junior ... Won the state title in the 200 medley and 200 free relays that year as well ...
