Jeff Dominguez, class of '99, heads into the first season of his second stint as an assistant coach at his alma mater in 2025. 

A crucial member of the Tribe during the most successful four-year period in program history, Dominguez helped the Tribe win two CAA titles and advance to the NCAA Tournament four times, as the Tribe went 67-23-5 (.732) from 1995 through 1998 during his playing career. He was a starter on the 1996 team, which was inducted into the William and Mary Hall of Fame with a 20-3-1 record, 11-0 in conference play, CAA Champions, and reached the NCAA tournament quarterfinals.  The Tribe ended the 1996 season with a #4 national ranking. Dominguez holds the school record with eight (8) NCAA Tournament game appearances.

Dominguez was drafted by the Hampton Roads Mariners in the first round of the 1999 United Soccer League (USL) A-League draft. He played in over 250 professional matches spanning over 7 seasons in the United States (Hampton Roads Mariners, Nashville Metros) and Germany (BV Cloppenburg). He was also invited and played in the 1998 Olympic Festival.

Previously, Dominguez was an assistant coach with W&M (under head coach Chris Norris) between 2004-2005. He was the executive director for the Virginia Legacy Soccer Club between 2006-2008. 

He resides in Williamsburg, Virginia with his children Mateo and Giana.
