2019-20
Cross Country: Redshirted ... CAA Commissioner's Academic Honor Roll for having a GPA over 3.0.
Indoor: Finished the year strong, running a lifetime-best 8:39.97 to win the 3,000m at the CNU last chance meet ... Also ran the 3,000m in early February at Penn State, and the 5,000m in mid-February at VMI ... Anchored W&M's DMR at George Mason in late January.
Outdoor: Season cancelled due to the coronavirus pandemic ... W&M Provost's Award for having a GPA over 3.5.
Prep
Took fourth in the Virginia 6A state cross country championships as a junior in 2017 ... Also finished fourth in the 1,600m at the 6A state championships outdoors in both 2018 and 2019 ... Won the region title outdoors at 1,600m as a senior.
