Outdoor: Named All-CAA after finishing third in the steeplechase at
the conference championships ... Ran 9:12.09 at the CNU Last Chance meet
one week later to qualify for the IC4A Championships ... Lowered his
season's best to 9:05.39 at the IC4A meet, taking 13th overall ... Part
of the 4x800m relay at the IC4A meet ... Also ran the 1,500m at the CAA
Championships ... Timed 3:50.05 in the preliminary round.
2008-09
Cross Country: CAA Rookie of the Year ... Ran for the Tribe at the
NCAA Championships ... Tenth at the CAA Championships for all-conference
honors ... Finished fifth for W&M at the Pre-National Invitational.
Indoor: Redshirted, running twice unattached ... Season-best of 8:30.64 unattached in the 3,000m at CNU in January.
Outdoor: Made a run at W&M's freshman record in the 3,000m
steeplechase, timing 9:03.85 at the IC4A Championships for 11th place
... Qualified for IC4As and the NCAA Regional in the event after running
9:06.43 at George Mason in May ... Debuted in the steeplechase at the
