2024-25 Season
Earned CAA Commissioner’s Academic Honor Roll distinction during the fall semester … A W&M Provost  Award winner.
Cross Country: Did not appear in any meets.
Indoor Track & Field: A member of the distance medley relay team that won the Darius Dixon Memorial Invitational (2/14-15/25) … Ran a leg on the 4x800m team that placed fifth at the CAA Championships (2/26-27/25) in 7:37.95.
Outdoor Track & Field: A member of the 4x800m relay team that finished second at the Penn Relays (4/24-26/25) in 7:25.56, the third-fastest time in program history … Set a career best of 1:52.53 in the 800m at the Hill City Twilight (5/2/25) … Placed second in the 800m at the Dan Stimson Memorial Invitational (3/29/25) in 1:54.29 … Finished 14th in the 800m at the CAA Championships (5/14-15/25).

2023-24 Season
A W&M Provost Award winner … Named to the CAA Commissioner’s Academic Honor Roll with High Honors during the fall.
Indoor Track & Field: Did not compete.
Outdoor Track & Field: Finished 18th in the 800m (1:59.25) at the CAA Championships (5/10-11/24) … Placed ninth in the 1500m (4:13.07) at the Dan Stimson Memorial Invitational (3/16/24) … Ran a leg on the Distance Medley Relay that placed fourth at the Colonial Relays (4/4-6/24).

2022-23 Season 
Earned CAA Commissioner’s Academic Honor Roll distinction... Received William & Mary Provost Award for Academic Excellence
Cross Country: Suited up for the Tribe at the Virginia XC23 Invitational on Oct. 15… Ran at the CNU Regional Preview (9/16/22)… Was 54^th at the Charlotte Open (9/2/22). 
Indoor Track & Field: Won bronze at the CAA Indoor Track & Field Championships (2/22/23) as part of the distance medley relay team that ran a 10:13.78. 
 
2021-22 Season

Won the indoor 1,000m at the VHSL Class 6 State Championships in 2021 … A member of the state outdoor runner-up 4x800m relay at the 2019 VHSL Class 6 State Championships … Earned All-State honors, placing third in the 800m in 2021 at the state outdoor meet … Helped the 4x800m relay set the Ocean Lakes school record … Was the VHSL Region 6a Champion in the 800m in 2021 … Was the VHSL Region 6a runner-up in the 1600m in 2019 … Earned All-State honors in indoor track in both 2019 and 2020 … Finished fifth in the 1,000m at the VHSL Class 6 State Championships in 2020 … Placed third as a member of the 4x800m relay at the 2019 VHSL Class 6 State Championships … Set the Ocean Lakes indoor 1,000m school record in 2021 … A two-time indoor VHSL Region 6a Champion in the 1,000m … A member of the 4x800m championship relay at the 2019 New Balance Indoor Nationals Emerging Elite … Received the VIAAA John C.
