Indoor: Competed at the IC4A Championships, running the lead leg of the Tribe's DMR in the preliminaries ... Runner-up in the 3,000m at the Mason Last Chance meet in 8:34.59 ... Also ran the 3,000m at GMU in January, and the 5,000m at the Armory.
Outdoor: Placed fifth in the 10,000m at the CAA Championships ... Ran 32:12.22 in his debut at the distance ... Also ran the 3,000m at the Tribe Invitational and the 5,000m at the Colonial Relays.
2012-13Cross Country: Seventh on the Tribe at both Pre-Nationals and at the CAA Championships ... Finished 16th overall at the conference meet ... Also took eighth on the team at Paul Short ... Opened the year with a pair of unattached performances, finishing 12th at Richmond and 14th at the W&M Invitational.
Indoor: Competed several times in the 3,000m and 5,000m events ... Best times came at Navy in the 3,000m (8:33.78) in December, and again at Navy in late January in the 5,000m (15:10.60).
Oudoor: Scored in two events at the CAA Championships ... Took fifth in the 5,000m at a season-best 14:52.27, and sixth in his first try at the steeplechase in 9:46.62 ... Finished seventh in the 3,000m at the Colonial Relays ... Also ran a leg of the 4x1,500m relay at the Colonial Relays.
PrepFinished 12th at the Tennessee AAA state championships in cross country ... Earned all-state honors with the performance and helped lead Brentwood to the team title ... Earned second-team All-Southeast honors at the Nike Southeast Regional ... Runner-up at the state championships at 3200m as a senior ... Also named all-state as a junior, placing fifth at 3200m ...
