2024-25 Season
Earned CAA Commissioner’s Academic Honor Roll distinction during the fall semester.
Cross Country: Earned All-CAA honors for the second consecutive season … Scored in all five appearances … Claimed top-15 finishes at the Spider Alumni Open (10th in 18:38.5), the Pirate Cross Country Invitational (14th in 24:22.3), and the CAA Championships (11th in 25:14.5) … Competed at the NCAA Southeast Regional Championship (11/15/24), finishing 124th in 32:51.7 … Placed second on the team and 56th overall at the Panorama Farms Invitational (10/19/24), crossing the line in 24:24.5.
Indoor Track & Field: Placed 13th in the 5,000m at the CAA Championships (2/26-27/25).
Outdoor Track & Field: Won the 1,500m at the Dan Stimson Memorial Invitational (3/29/25) in a career-best 3:57.50 … A member of the 4x1,500m relay team that finished second at the Colonial Relays (4/3-5/25) in 16:08.80 … At the CAA Championships (5/14-15/25), placed 20th in the 1,500m, 10th in the 5,000m, and eighth in the 10,000m.

2023-24 Season
Cross Country: Earned All-CAA honors … Placed 14th at the CAA Championships (10/27/23) in a time of 24:59.4 … Was the fourth Tribe runner to cross the line at the NCAA Southeast Regional (11/10/23), finishing 93rd in a time of 31:10.6 … W&M’s top finisher at the at the season-opening Spider Alumni Open (9/2/23), placing 14th in a time of 18:26.1 … The Tribe’ second harrier at the Virginia XC23 Pre-Nationals (10/14/23), placing 18th in a time of 24:47.7 … Placed 24th (18:45.9) at the Adidas XC Challenge (9/15/23) … W&M’s third runner at the Paul Short Run (9/30/23), placing 78th (24:55.7).
Indoor Track & Field: Scored at the CAA Championships (2/22-23/24), placing eighth in the 5000m (14:34.69) … Finished 10th in the 3000m (8:28.89) at the championships as well … Won the 5000m (14:35.79) at the Darius Dixon Memorial Invitational (2/9-10/24) … Won the 3000m at the Navy Indoor Invitational (12/2/23) in a season-best time of 8:21.13.
Outdoor Track & Field: Finished 10th in the 5000m (14:53.14) and the 10,000m (32:04.94) at the CAA Championships (5/10-11/24) … Ran a season-best 30:51.51 in the 10,000m at the Raleigh Relays (3/28-30/24) … Placed 12th in the 5000m (14:27.62) at the Colonial Relays (4/4-6/24) …Took 17th in the 5000m (14:35.14) at the Wake Forest Invitational (4/19/24).

2022-23 Season
Cross Country: Finished 78^th at the NCAA Southeast Regional (11/11/22) in 31:29.3… Placed 20^th at the CAA Championship (10/28/22) with a time of 25:37.10… Was 91^st at the Virginia XC23 Invitational on Oct. 15… Recorded a top-130 finish at the Paul Short Run (9/30/22)… Helped the Tribe finish first at the CNU Regional Preview (9/16/22) with a 10^th-place run of 25:13.4… Got the season started by running a 15:27.9 to take 20^th at the Charlotte Open (9/2/22).
Indoor Track & Field: Ran a 14:42.92 to take seventh in the 5,000m at the Darius Dixon Memorial (2/10/23). 
Outdoor Track & Field: Finished eighth in the 10,000m at the CAA Championships (5/5/23) with a time of 31:040.76. 

2021 Season at Radford
Cross Country: Competed in all six races on the season... Set PRs at six-, eight- and 10-kilometer distances... Set the school record as the first man under 25-minutes over 8K... Ran the fifth fastest time in school history at the NCAA Southeast Regional... Earned All-Big South honors in 11th at the conference championship.

2020-2021 Season at Radford
Cross Country: Competed in two races in his first season as a Highlander … Recorded a top-10 finish at the Winthrop Invitational … Placed 18th at the Big South Championships with a personal record in the 8k.
