Cross Country: Was W&M's top finisher at the Lou Onesty Invitational ... Ran at the Colonial Inter-Regional ... Fifth at the Cavalier Open.
Indoor: Season-bests of 8:55.64 in the 3,000m (at CNU) and 15:03.74 for 5,000m at Virginia Tech.
Outdoor: Sixth in the 10,000m at the CAA Championships, finishing in 31:03.53 ... Qualified for the IC4A Championships, where he ran a career-best 30:55.58 for 13th ... Opened the year taking third in the 10,000m at the Colonial Relays with a time of 31:03.55 ... Improved his best 5,000m to 14:52.67 at the Fred Hardy Invitational in March.

2007-08
Cross Country: Redshirted after walking onto the team ... Ran unattached at the Cavalier Open, finishing 17th. Track: Ran 31:47.67 at the CAA Championships in the 10,000m run ... Qualified for the USA Track and Field Junior Nationals ... Ran a personal best of 15:33.81 in the 5,000m at the Liberty Kickoff.

Helped Potomac Falls to a third-place finish at the Virginia AA cross country championships in 2004 ... All-Region in cross country as a senior ... Earned three all-district accolades while helping Potomac Falls to four consecutive Dulles District titles ... District champion in the 3,200m run as a senior ... Earned six all-district awards in track ... Also earned a pair of all-region certificates ... President of the German Club.
