Cross Country: Ran three times ... Best finish was 14th overall at the CNU Invitational ... 23rd overall at the home meet ... Also ran at the season-opening CNU Relays.
Indoor: Ran just twice ... Ran 2:38.65 in the 1,000m at George Mason ... Also ran on the DMR at CNU in late January.
Outdoor: Did not compete.
2014-15
Cross Country: Finished fifth overall at CNU ... Took 19th at the home meet ... Opened the year by taking 20th at Richmond ... Won the Massey Cancer Center 5K.
Indoor: Ran 4:14.38 in the mile at Penn State ... Runner-up in the 1,000m at CNU in 2:33.95 ... Led-off the DMR at CNU as well.
Outdoor: CAA Champion in the 1,500m ... Ran a lifetime-best 3:50.65 to win the title ... Also named All-CAA in the 800m, after taking third in a lifetime-best 1:53.59 ... Ran on W&M's top 4x1,500m relay at Colonial Relays
2013-14
Cross Country: Redshirted ... Ran unattached twice, finishing 19th at CNU and 21st at the W&M Invitational.
Indoor: His first in-uniform appearance came at the CNU Holiday Open, where he took sixth in the 3,000m run ... Ran the mile at Virginia Tech and at GMU, timing 4:22.83 in the former.
Outdoor: Finished seventh in the 1,500m at the CAA Championships ... Also ran the 800m at Princeton in 1:58.09, and the 1,500m at the Colonial Relays in 3:59.22.
Prep
Earned two all-state honors in cross country, and 10 times between indoor and outdoor track over the past two years ... Ran on Lafayette's state championship indoor 4x800m as a junior ... Finished second in the 3,200m indoors as a senior ... Won the boys mile at the Southern Track Classic and the 3,200m at the Raleigh Relays ... Named the district Athlete of the Year in both cross country and outdoor track ... Lafayette's Male Athlete of the Year for 2012-13 ... Member of the National Honors Society.
