2024-25 Season
Earned CAA Commissioner’s Academic Honor Roll distinction during the fall semester.
Cross Country: Did not appear in any meets.
Indoor Track & Field: Set a personal record (8:39.12) in the 3,000m at the Navy Select (2/21/25) … Finished 11th in the mile at the CAA Championships (2/26-27/25), with his qualifying time of 4:16.45 representing a career best.
Outdoor Track & Field: Posted a season-high 1,500m time of 3:59.23 at the Fred Hardy Invitational (3/21/25).

2023-24 Season
Named to the CAA Commissioner’s Academic Honor Roll during the fall.
Cross Country: Raced at the season-opening Spider Alumni Open (9/2/23), placing 88th (20:07.3).
Indoor Track & Field: Finished 12th in the mile (4:31.04) at the Navy Indoor Invitational (12/2/23).
Outdoor Track & Field: Did not compete.

2022-23 Season 
Earned CAA Commissioner’s Academic Honor Roll distinction.
Cross Country: Placed top-45 at the CAA Championship (10/28/22)… Suited up for the Tribe at the Virginia XC23 Invitational on Oct. 15… Was 36^th at the Charlotte Open (9/2/22).
 
2021-22 Season 
Cross Country: Earned CAA Commissioner’s Academic Honor Roll distinction… Received William & Mary Provost Award for Academic Excellence. 

Prep
In total, won seven team state championships, two individual state championships and was a nine-time all-state state selection in cross country, indoor and outdoor track in high school … Earned all-state, all-region and all-district honors in cross country during each of his four years … Led his high school cross country team to four state championships … Placed 13th at the state cross country championship in 2017, fourth in 2018 and fifth in 2019 …  A member of the second-place team at the 2019 Nike Regional Qualifier and the fifth-place team at the Nike National Championships in Portland, Oregon … In indoor track, helped his team to state championships in 2018 and 2020 to go along with a runner-up finish in 2021 … As a freshman, earned all-district and all-region honors in the 3,200m indoors … Won the regional championship in the indoor 3,200m in 2018 … Earned All-State honors in indoor track in the 3,200m, placing sixth at the state meet in 2019 … Garnered all-region honors in both the 1,000m and 1,600m on the indoor side in 2020 and 2021 … Ran a leg on the state championship winning 4x800m relay in 2020 … Served as a team captain for the indoor team as a senior … Won both the indoor region and state championship in the 1,600m in 2021 … Placed second in the region meet in the 1,000m and sixth at the state meet in the 1,000m … Earned all-state honors at both 1,000m and 1,600m … Was a member of the 4x800m relay that placed second at regionals and at the state meet … In outdoor track, helped his team to a state championship in 2021 … Earned all-state honors outdoors in the 3,200m as a freshman, placing fifth … Garnered all-district honors in the 1,600m in 2018 … Received all-state, all-region and all-district honors in the 3,200m in 2019 … Was both the district and regional champion outdoors in the 3,200m and placed fifth at the state meet … As a senior, was a member of the 4x800m relay that placed second at the outdoor state meet … Earned Academic All-State honors all four years in cross country, indoor track, and outdoor track (3A Virginia) … VTCA Standout Athlete Scholarship winner … A member of the National Honor Society, Math Honor Society and English Honor Society.
