Cross Country: Named All-American for the first time, after finishing 17th at the NCAA Championships ... CAA Athlete of the Year ... All-Region for the third time, taking fifth at the Southeast Regional Championships ... Eighth overall at the Cowboy Jamboree ... Fifth overall at the Pre-National Invitational.
Indoor: Earned his second All-American honor of the year, taking fifth at the NCAA Championships 5,000m ... Ran a career-best 13:46.12, second-best in school history ... Opened the season by running 14:05.42 at the CNU Holiday Open, which remained the top mark in the NCAA for over a month ... Assured his spot at the NCAA meet after running 13:52.11 at the Virginia Tech Challenge ... Also ran the 3,000m at Navy, winning the event in 8:07.79.
