Cross Country: All-CAA after finishing second at the conference championships, just 1.3 seconds behind the winner ... Finished 84th overall at the regional meet ... Named the CAA Runner of the Week twice ... First came Sept. 22 after winning the W&M Invitational ... Also honored after he led W&M and finished 30th overall at the Princeton Inter-Regional ... Was also the Tribe's No. 1 runner at Wisconsin ... CAA Commissioner's Award for having a GPA over 3.2.
Indoor: Anchored W&M's DMR to an IC4A-qualifying time at CNU ... Ran 8:31.59 in the 3,000m at GMU at the end of January ... Ran 14:46.22 at Penn State to take second in the 5,000m.

Outdoor: All-East, taking fifth in the 10,000m with a time of 30:48.69 ... Qualified for the USAT&F Junior Championships, where he'd place 11th ... CAA Champion in the 10,000m run in 31:22.86 ... Also finished second in the 5,000m at the conference meet.
2013-14
Cross Country: Named All-CAA after taking 11th at the conference championships ... Ran sixth for W&M at both the CAA meet and the Southeast Regional ... Also sixth on the team at the Panorama Farms Invitational ... Seventh for the Green and Gold at Pre-Nationals ... Third on the team and seventh overall in his first in-uniform appearance at the W&M Invitational ... Ran unnattached at the Spider Alumni Open, taking 24th.
Indoor: Just missed IC4A qualifications in the 3,000m, running 8:35.76 at the Mason Last Chance meet ... Ran the 5,000m at the Armory in 14:57.44.
Outdoor: Scored a team point at the CAA Championships with his sixth-place showing in the 5,000m run ... Also ran the steeplechase, placing eighth overall ... Timed 14:47.42 in the 5,000m at Princeton in mid-April.
