Played varsity basketball as a junior and senior at Gonzaga College High School … Team reached Maxpreps National Ranking of No. 6 and ESPN No. 10  in January of the 2021/22 season … Helped the Eagles to the 2021 Gonzaga DC Classic Champions … Gonzaga was the 2021 MAIT Champions along with being semifinalists in the WCAC and DCSAA Tournaments … Averaged 2.2 points, 2.2 rebounds and 0.7 blocks per game as a senior … Shot 60% from the field in 2021-22 … Played for District Basketball Club 16U in the 2020 I95 Coalition League, where they were semifinalists … Named to the Finest Magazine 16U All-League team … At Prospect U during the July Live Period SpookyNook Jam Fest 2021, averaged 10.3 points, 7.7 rebounds and two blocked shots per game … Earned First Honors during all four years of his high school career … An AP Scholar with Honor in 2021 … Garnered the DC State Athletic Association Certificate of Academic Achievement in both 2021 and 2022 … A member of Gonzaga Onyx Club (Black Student Union), Chess Club and Native American Cultural Appreciation Club.

Personal
Son of Donald and JoAnn Evans … Father, Donald, played collegiate tennis at Rollins College (Fla.) … His father earned a 1994 ATP Doubles World Ranking and played for the Bermuda Davis Cup National Team from 1995-00.
