FRESHMAN YEAR / 2016
Earned CAA All-Tournament Team honors … Named CAA Rookie of the Week for the week of March 28 … Appeared in 53 games with 48 starts behind the dish during his freshman season … Finished the year with a .283 batting average (53-for-187) added 13 doubles, a triple, a homer, 42 RBI, and 26 runs scored … Boasted a .380 slugging percentage and .367 on-base percentage … Made his collegiate debut, making the start in the season opener against Charlotte (2/19) … Picked up his first collegiate hit and two RBIs in the win over the 49ers the next day (2/20) … Had his first multi-hit day when he collected three hits in a win over San Diego (3/8) … Went 2-for-3 with a walk at Cal State Northridge (3/12) … Had a pair of hits and drove in three RBI in the series finale win over Elon (3/20) … Belted his first career homer, a three-run shot, in a win over Richmond (3/22) … Went 7-for-9 with seven RBI and three doubles in a two-game series sweep of Hofstra (3/25-26) … In the second-game against the Pride (3/26) drove in a career-high six runs … Went 2-for-4 with a RBI in a win at James Madison (4/17) … Picked up a pair of hits and RBI in a win over Delaware (4/29) … Wen 4-for-7 with a RBI and two runs scored in a doubleheader at West Virginia (4/13) … Went 2-for-5 with an RBI in the Tribe’s win at College of Charleston (5/20) … Had a pair of hits and scored a run in the first CAA Championship game against UNCW (5/28) … Went a perfect 3-for-3 with three RBI and two runs scored in the winner-take all CAA Championship game against UNCW (5/29) … Went 2-for-4 with an RBI in each of the Tribe’s NCAA Tournament wins over Bryant (6/4) and Virginia (6/5).

Two sport athlete at James Caldwell High School in New Jersey, playing four years of baseball and basketball … Tabbed to the First-Team All-Conference squad in baseball three time (2012-14) … Was named to the First-Team All-County team in 2014 … Earned Essex County Hitter of the Year honors in 2014 … Tabbed as a Second-Team All-State player in 2014 … Earned All-Group II honors twice following the 2013 and 2014 season … Played his club baseball NJ Marlins … On the basketball court, he was the team’s MVP following the 2013-14  season … Earned Second-Team All-Conference honors  as well that year … Was a member of the National Honor Society, Junior Classical League Latin Honor Society, Mu Alpha Theta Math Honor Society … Earned the National Merit Scholar Commended Student and the Essex County Scholar Athlete Award.
