After more than two decades with the Tribe Club, Peggy Lukas joined the W&M Football staff as the Executive Assistant to Head Football Coach Mike London during the summer of 2019. In this role, she assists Coach London in all day-to-day operations, oversees his schedule, his communications and office practices. She works closely with the entire football staff and players and is the first point of contact for those when they come to the Laycock Center.

An instrumental part of Tribe Athletics for many years, one of Lukas’ greatest assets, among many, has been her enthusiasm. She proudly says that Tribe Football and the team are her greatest love.
