Peggy Lukas is the Executive Assistant to Head Football Coach Mike London. In this role, she manages all aspects of Coach London’s day-to-day schedule and his calendar, oversees his communications and the Football office’s practices. She works closely with the entire football staff and players and is the first point of contact for those when they come to the Laycock Center.
Peggy came to William & Mary Athletics in 1996 in her role as Executive Assistant to the Senior Associate Athletics Director. She transitioned to Football to work closely with Coach London in 2019 and has now been with W&M Athletics for 30 years. She thoroughly enjoys working with alumni, donors, and supporters of Tribe Football. One of Lukas’ greatest assets, among many, has been her enthusiasm and the caring support of our players, past, present and future.
