Ben Kerr enters his second season as a member of W&M’s staff and serves as the assistant director of operations.
Kerr's primary responsibilities include assisting with the coordination of travel, meals, housing and other logistics pertaining to the football program, as well as providing support services for the Tribe’s recruiting efforts.
Kerr joined the Tribe after serving as a football operations assistant and intern at Penn State in 2015-16. In those roles, he was responsible for assisting with a number of duties, including: team travel, recruiting efforts, summer camps and analyzing analytical trends.
A 2012 graduate of Penn State, Kerr earned a bachelor of science degree in kinesiology. Additionally, he earned a master of education degree in sport management from Millersville University in 2015.
