Selected to the CAA All-Tournament Team after helping the Tribe to its second league title … Started all 21 matches … Posted five points on two goals and an assist … Scored the Tribe’s lone goal in the NCAA First Round against eventual national champion North Carolina (11/10) off a penalty corner in the third quarter … Assisted on the Tribe’s second goal in the CAA Semifinal win over Drexel (11/3) … Scored the game-winner the 39th minute at Richmond (10/29) off a penalty corner … Named to the NFHCA National Academic Squad … Earned CAA Commissioner’s Academic Honor Roll High Honors during the fall and the spring semesters  … A W&M Provost Award winner.

Junior Season (2022)
Appeared in all 17 games and earned 16 starts … Ranked tied for sixth in the CAA in defensive saves (2) … Ranked tied for second on the team in goals (3) and third in points (8) … Scored a pair of game-winning goals … Recorded the game-winner in the season-opening victory against No. 19 Old Dominion … Also provided the game-winning score at No. 16 Duke … Other goal came in the win at Monmouth … Dished out assists versus Delaware and at Northeastern … Registered defensive saves against No. 11 UConn and at Northeastern … Earned CAA Commissioner’s Academic Honor Roll distinction.

Freshman Season (2020)
Appeared in all five games … NFHCA All-Academic Team … Earned W&M’s Provost Award for academic excellence … Garnered the CAA Commissioner’s Academic Honor Roll.

Named to the MaxPreps.com All-Mid Atlantic region first team … First-team All-State in Virginia’s 5A division (second-highest) as well in 2019 … Picked as the Region 5A co-Player of the Year and the District Player of the Year as a senior … Named to the Daily Press All-Tidewater First Team in 2019 … Helped lead Gloucester to the Virginia state title in 2018, and three-straight region championships … Earned all-district, all-region, and all-state honors all four years … Played her club hockey with the Saints Field Hockey team, participating in both the regional club championships and the National Invitational Tournament at the U14, U16, and U19 divisions.

Daughter of Tracy and Darren Goodwin … Older sister, Cassidy, was a six-time all-conference player for Tribe field hockey from 2016-19 … Uncle, Jeff Carino, played soccer at Longwood … Loves the beach.
